Scope and data we use
This notice covers earlybird.live, account setup, subscriptions, job alerts and connected AI services. We process your account identifier, email address, sign-in provider and account profile information; selected skills, fixed-price and hourly budget minimums and alert preferences; subscription status and Stripe customer references; and the identifiers or authorization information needed for Telegram, Slack or an AI connection you request. Infrastructure may record IP addresses, timestamps, request URLs and errors for security and diagnosis. Support correspondence includes information you choose to send.
Purposes and legal bases
We use account, billing and preference data to provide the service you request and perform our contract with you. We retain financial records where required by law. Security and troubleshooting support our legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service. Optional advertising measurement relies on consent, which you can refuse or withdraw using Cookie settings. Essential authentication and requested billing functions do not depend on advertising consent.
Service providers and connections
Google Firebase and Google Cloud support authentication, storage and hosting. Stripe handles checkout and payment information; EarlyBird uses subscription and customer references rather than collecting card details in its own forms. Email delivery infrastructure and Telegram or Slack process alerts when you enable those channels. Google Ads receives measurement data only after you allow advertising measurement. These providers also have their own privacy terms.
When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another compatible AI service, the selected provider receives the EarlyBird tool results you request, such as job matches and preferences. Granted write permissions can allow changes to supported alert settings. The connector does not require your full conversation history or Upwork password. Your AI provider governs its own handling of conversations and returned results. EarlyBird’s connector privacy notice describes OAuth records, token expiry and connector-specific retention. Disconnecting a client does not delete results already held by that provider or cancel your subscription.
International processing
Providers may process data outside your country and outside the European Economic Area. The MCP service is hosted in Google Cloud’s US region. Applicable provider data-processing terms and transfer arrangements govern those services; we do not represent that all processing remains in the EU. Contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account.
Retention
Account and preference data remain available while needed to provide your account and handle support. Billing records may need to be kept for applicable accounting and tax obligations. Technical logs and backups follow provider settings and operational needs. Disconnecting an integration or disabling alerts does not itself delete the account or all authorization records. Contact us to request deletion or details about the retention periods applicable to your records.
Your choices and rights
You can edit alert settings, disable email alerts, disconnect Telegram or Slack, and remove AI connections. Manage billing separately. For access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or an objection to processing where applicable, email info@earlybird.live. We may verify your identity. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You can complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Other information
The service is intended for adults. EarlyBird does not make hiring decisions; you decide whether to pursue a job. Review the cookie policy for browser storage and measurement choices. We will publish revisions here and communicate material changes when appropriate.
