Using EarlyBird
These terms apply to EarlyBird accounts and subscriptions. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse another person’s account, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
What the service provides
EarlyBird helps you discover Upwork job opportunities using saved skills and minimum budgets, review available matches in a dashboard, and receive alerts by enabled channels. Availability, matching results and delivery times can vary. A listing can change or close before you review it. Verify scope, budget, client information and availability on Upwork. No interview, contract, earnings or delivery-speed guarantee is made.
The published ChatGPT plugin and manual MCP connection are optional ways to access supported EarlyBird tools. Third-party account, plan and workspace restrictions may apply. EarlyBird does not submit Upwork proposals. Any separate Upwork integration and related actions are governed by that service’s terms. Review applications, messages, prices and Connects costs before authorizing them.
Trial, price and recurring billing
The advertised US Basic plan is US $19 per month after a 7-day free trial. Checkout displays your applicable currency, taxes, price and billing terms before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, paid recurring billing begins under the terms accepted in checkout. Thereafter your subscription renews each billing period until canceled.
Cancel through Billing before trial end to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to stop future charges. After cancellation of a paid subscription, access continues until the paid period ends. Disconnecting an AI service, switching off alerts, signing out, or deleting a client integration does not cancel billing. Contact support if you cannot access Billing.
Refunds and statutory rights
See the refund policy. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund or service-conformity rights. Contact info@earlybird.live about billing errors or a request to exercise those rights.
Privacy and optional cookies
The privacy notice explains how account and service data are handled. Advertising cookies are optional and are controlled separately from accepting these terms. See Cookie policy.
Third-party services and intellectual property
EarlyBird is independent of Upwork, OpenAI and Anthropic. Publication in a directory does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Their accounts, content, fees and availability remain subject to their own terms. EarlyBird branding and software belong to their respective owners; original job content and third-party trademarks remain with their owners. Your subscription permits personal or authorized business use of the service, not resale or unauthorized copying.
Availability, suspension and responsibility
We work to operate the service reliably, but interruptions and errors can occur. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a support contact. You remain responsible for decisions made using job data and AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes and applicable law
Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before they apply, with the opportunity to cancel future renewals. These terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.
